World Energy Council

The World Energy Council is the world's largest energy organization. Established in 1924, the organization currently has member committees in almost 100 countries of the world, one of them being the Romanian National Committee of the CME, CNR-CME.

Major changes have occurred over time within the world organization, in accordance with the events that have taken place worldwide and with the outline of objectives that respond to the demands manifested in the field worldwide. The mission of the Council is "to promote the supply and sustainable use of energy for the good of all".
