Daniel Burlan is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanics at the University of Craiova, in 1991 and later studied postgraduate degree in Industrial Management.
He has an experience of almost 29 years in the mining field, successively holding management positions since 1996. In the period of 2005-2012 he held the position of general director of SNLO – Oltenia National Lignite Company.
Within the Oltenia Energy Complex, he was appointed a member of the Management Board (in December 2018) and president of the Management Board (in January 2020).
